Who I Am
My career has been shaped by a simple belief: knowledge should empower people.Over nearly twenty years, I've helped organizations connect people, learning, technology, and operations. Whether leading hotel teams or building an enterprise Knowledge Management function from the ground up, my focus has always been the same: helping people work with greater confidence by making knowledge accessible, trusted, and actionable.Today, I'm looking for opportunities to build learning cultures, strengthen customer and employee enablement, and use AI thoughtfully to make knowledge more useful, more accessible, and more impactful.
