Who I Am
My career began in hospitality, where supporting people and helping them succeed was part of everyday work. That service mindset continues to shape how I lead, teach, and share knowledge.Over nearly twenty years, I’ve connected people, learning, technology, and operations—from leading hotel teams to building learning programs and a Knowledge Management function. My focus is on practical training and trusted resources that help employees and customers work with confidence.I’m naturally drawn to building, improving, and helping others grow. That curiosity also drives how I use and explore AI: thoughtfully, with a focus on making learning and knowledge more useful to people.
